CEREC Restorations in Prescott

We have good news for those who think dental visits take too much time from your already hard-pressed schedule. By utilizing newer technologies like CEREC Restorations in Prescott, we’re finding ways to take care of your dental concerns more quickly and easily. Hicks Dental Group wants to work with you to provide quality, long-lasting solutions for your needs, in manner that works for your lifestyle.

CEREC Restorations

CEREC Restorations can replace or cover up damaged or decayed teeth. They are made of porcelain and are formed to look and feel like your existing teeth. Unlike traditional fillings that require multiple dental visits in order to complete the restoration process, the CEREC technology cuts the filling out in a matter of minutes, which means fewer office visits for you. Instead of making molds of your teeth to create a properly fitted filling or bridge, CEREC technology uses a camera to mill out the precise shape needed. The camera sends the images directly to the milling machine, which carves the filling out of porcelain. By taking a few photos we can create a perfectly fitted new filling right in our office, reducing your wait time extensively and avoiding extra visits that old technologies required. The new porcelain filling is simply adhered and shaped to your existing tooth, and your dental work is completed.

By using the CEREC Restoration technology, we can custom-fit you with a perfect filling that is bonded and polished to your teeth—and do it quickly. No more waiting for measurements to be sent to a lab and processed, and no more return visits to adjust the look and feel of a filling or bridge. Our CEREC Restoration technology is state-of-the-art and effectively fast.

Dr. Scott Hicks and Dr. Paul Hicks have worked with CEREC Restorations in Prescott extensively, and they love helping you find better solutions for your dental needs. At Hicks Dental Group, we understand your hesitancy about having to undergo lengthy dental procedures, one reason we have incorporated into our dental practice current and modern technologies that work for you.
